About Michael Leonard's

Michael Leonard’s Salon was founded by Michael and Kimberly Izzolo, in June 1992.
Together, newly married, they moved from New Jersey and started a life in south Florida  when the opportunity to open up their own salon presented itself.   What began as a team of two, quickly grew (with Palm City) to the large, upscale salon business it is today.  Now in it’s eighteenth year, Michael and Kimberly are proud to have reached a lifelong goal…owning and operating their business from their own, newly constructed building in the town they love. 

Michael Leonard’s prides itself on it’s level of commitment to it’s clientele by keeping up to date with the latest styles, products and technology.  Michael has been a platform artist and educator for over 20 years, working with elite companies such as Sebastian International and Sexy Hair Concepts.  His level of expertise is evident in his own work as well as the other Stylists that work in the salon.

Michael often says, “We can all learn from each other and help one another grow and succeed because that’s what a team does.  Together, we make up the best team of stylists on the Treasure Coast.”  As the salon grew physically over the years the team of Stylists and Technicians developed into what felt more like a family, with several being a large part of the growth since the early days.

As the Izzolo family grew, Michael learned to balance his large clientele,  his kids’ activities  and a lot of Volunteer work.  The Izzolo’s commitment to their community is so important to them personally and professionally that you will feel a genuine sense of caring from the moment you walk through our door.   Michael Leonard’s Salon welcomes the opportunity to meet you and looks forward to making YOU feel like family.
